Leadership Hart nominations are due September 4th
Do you know someone who should be nominated for a position in the 2010 Class of Leadership Hart? This is a countywide endeavor and there is broad based support from all governments and organizations in Hart County for this effort. There will be approximately 22 people selected from the nominations for the 2010 Class starting in September. This is very important in the life of Hart County and it is an honor to have been nominated. Those who have been nominated but who are not selected to this first class may also be considered for future classes. Recognize the class size is limited to optimize the opportunity for learning and development. There is a fee of $200 which pays for all materials, food, lodging, and instruction which is part of the Leadership Curriculum. These fees may be paid by an individual participant, employer, or organization. Scholarships may also be available on an as needed basis. All applicants must reside in Hart County. Interested nominees should return application to Michele Dipert at the Hart County Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 793 Hartwell GA 30643. The deadline for applications to be submitted is September 4, 2009 so please don’t wait to start your application process.

The Hart County Chamber is also looking for small items for 25 goodie bags for the Leadership Hart program. If you can help, please contact Michele at 706-376-8590 or via email at hartchamber-michele@hartcom.net -- all items are needed before September 18th.
